At Medihelp, we believe that only contented employees render excellent service. This is why Medihelp participated in Deloitte and the Financial Mail’s Best Company to Work For survey for the first time in 2006 and was ranked 37th out of the 127 participating companies. In 2007, Medihelp moved up to 29th overall of 131 companies and was rated 10th best medium-sized company to work for in South Africa. In 2008, Medihelp finished in 8th place in the medium-sized companies category.

In 2009, Medihelp progressed to the 7th position, giving an indication of the success achieved with various human resources projects aimed at establishing Medihelp as a top employer. These projects include an employee support  programme, the implementation of variable remuneration payable when contracted Scheme objectives or goals are exceeded, various training interventions, and instilling corporate values that contribute to the achievement of Medihelp’s strategic goals.
