Anton Rijnen was appointed CEO of Medihelp medical scheme in 1999 at the age of 39, the youngest ever CEO of this 106-year-old organisation. Under his leadership, Medihelp was rated the best medical scheme for client service in South Africa in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. Medihelp was also named the 7th best medium-sized South African company to work for in Deloitte's Best Company to Work For survey of 2010. |

With a B.Com. degree in Human Resource Management and a certificate in Business Process Engineering behind his name, Anton was named one of South Africa's leading managers in 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008/9, 2009/10 and 2010/11 by the Corporate Research Foundation in collaboration with the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business. |

Dr Francois Griesel is the executive manager responsible for Healthcare Management. Francois is a qualified medical doctor and his portfolio includes Healthcare, Hospital Benefit Management, Medical Advice Services, Healthcare Providers, Provider Networks and Health Economics. |

Debbie Klue is the Executive Manager Resource Management. Debbie is a qualified chartered accountant and is responsible for Financial Management, Human Resources, Business Risk Management and Legal & Commercial Advice at Medihelp medical scheme. |

Executive Manager – Information Technology |

Reinette Fourie is the executive manager in charge of Information Technology and holds a B.Comm. degree from the University of Pretoria. She also completed various information technology courses. Reinette joined Medihelp medical scheme in 1987 and was promoted to the position of Executive Manager on 1 December 2001. She is responsible for Medihelp’s Business Intelligence, Business Process Management, Project Management, Systems & Software Development, as well as Technology & Facilities. |

Marinda is the executive manager in charge of Marketing & Corporate Communications and holds a National Diploma in Journalism from the Technicon Pretoria. She also completed a copywriting course at the AAA School of Advertising. Marinda joined Medihelp medical scheme in 1996 and was recently promoted to the position of Executive Manager. She is responsible for Medihelp’s Marketing & Corporate Communication. |
