Are you interested in becoming a broker for Medihelp? We would really like to hear from you.
- The broker house and broker must be accredited with the Council for Medical Schemes
- The broker house must be have a Financial Services Board (FSB) certificate
- The key individual and broker must be fit and proper in terms of the quality standards of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002.
If you would like to apply to become a Medihelp broker, you will need to complete and sign the following documents:

Medihelp broker application form
- Accreditation certificates for all applicants
- The company’s VAT certificate (if applicable)
- The financial service provider application reference number from the FSB, or proof of application.
Please do not send your application by e-mail or per fax, as the contract must be in its original format.
You can deliver the application form and documents to Medihelp's postal or street address, addressed to Medihelp's Sales division.
Medihelp will allocate a broker consultant to you according to your region to help and assist you.
