Medical schemes cannot always cover an unlimited number of medical services, and will therefore exclude certain services from benefits. These exclusions can differ between benefit options, and we advise you to familiarise yourself with the exclusions that apply to your benefit option.
These exclusions are set out in the Rules of Medihelp: Schedule C and shall be applicable to all benefit options, except in the case of prescribed minimum benefits.
