Network facilities

We have carefully selected a network of acute hospitals to ensure that our members receive the best care when and where they need it. Our network is built on strategic partnerships with leading hospitals and specialists across all provinces, offering comprehensive solutions tailored to the individual health needs of our diverse membership. Our goal is to ensure quality healthcare for everybody.
Please note:
- Joining a network plan is not recommended for members with frequent in-hospital or chronic healthcare needs, which typically require a wider choice of different healthcare providers.
Hospital networks
Medihelp has negotiated special tariffs with selected high-quality private hospitals to ensure that members enrolled in hospital network plans have access to exceptional and affordable care. Members on these plans must use specific network hospitals to avoid co-payments of up to 35% of the hospital claim amount.
Find a provider
The list of network providers is updated continuously as healthcare providers are added or removed from the network it is therefore important to make sure that the healthcare provider or facility, you use for treatment, is still on the network, before the appointment date
Members of the MedMove!, MedVital Elect, MedAdd Elect and MedElect network options must be referred to the specialist by a network GP. This referral should be captured on the Medihelp system before the appointment date. You can load the referral yourself, on the Member Zone.
Members can limit co-payments by making use of the network providers for their specific plan as specified in their plan guides and the Rules of Medihelp.
