2025
Make sure your provider is still part of the network
Our list of network providers is updated regularly. Before your appointment, please check that the healthcare provider or facility is still in the network.
If you're on one of these plans:
- MedMove!
- MedVital Elect
- MedAdd Elect
- MedElect
You'll need to:
- Get a referral from a network GP to see a specialist
- Make sure the referral is loaded on our system before your appointment
You can upload the referral yourself on the Member Zone – it's quick and easy.

2026
Make sure your provider is still part of the network
The 2026 network information will be available from 1 January 2026.
Depending on your plan, the following changes will apply:

MedVital Elect, MedAdd Elect and MedElect (now MedReach)
- You no longer need a referral from a network GP to visit a specialist.
- For GP visits, you will have a 35% penalty co-payment if you use a non-network GP.

MedPrime Elect
- You can visit any of our network GPs and save on out-of-pocket expenses. If you choose a GP outside the network, you will have a 35% co-payment.
