The Member Zone is an online self-service portal that gives you access to your Medihelp profile, claims, benefits and more - 24 hours a day, seven days a week. On the Member Zone, you can:

View and share your digital membership card with healthcare providers,
View a breakdown of services covered by your plan,
Request pre-authorisation,
View available benefits,
Register or deregister a dependant,
Locate a network provider,
View your monthly contributions,
Submit and track claims and download your claims statements,
Get your tax certificate and tax reconciliation,
Submit general enquiries (including enquiries about membership contributions, debt and third parties, processed claims, oncology, hospital claims, general questions, and medicine delivery), and
Follow the progress of your enquiries.
