Level 4 allows for limited economic activity and there will be a curfew between 20:00 to 05:00, with
only people who have the necessary permits allowed to be out of their homes between those times.
Wearing masks will be compulsory when
people go out in public, and food can be delivered between 09:00 and 19:00. No sit-down or pickup of
food is allowed.
The following COVID-19 health and safety protocols must be followed:
- Social distancing
- Continued sanitation and hygiene, such as washing hands and cleaning surfaces
- Use personal protective equipment, such as face masks
- Limited travel is allowed for those who need to work or get access to services (as identified by
Government)
Other restrictions that people need to take note of:
- You can walk, cycle or run between 06:00 and 09:00, but only within your neighbourhood and only
within a 5 km radius. Going to the gym and group exercise are still not allowed.
- Public gatherings and recreational visits are not allowed.
- Up to three people are allowed in private cars.
- Only employees in certain industries may resume work and must work from home if possible. If
not, they must return home directly after work.
