How to easily submit claims
Healthcare providers usually submit claims directly on behalf of members, but sometimes you need to submit a claim yourself. Here are three ways to submit claims - even dental (DRC) and optometry (PPN):
- Medihelp member app: Take a photo or upload your account and proof of payment and submit.
- Member Zone: Sign in and click on Submit a claim. Attach your invoice.
- Email: Send your account and proof of payment to claims@medihelp.co.za.
Remember, you can also view your claims history on the Member Zone and Medihelp app.
