Getting started
Step 1: Access the Member Zone
Log into your Member Zone account. If you don't have an account yet, you can register in just a few minutes. Watch this step-by-step video if you need help registering.
Step 2: Find General enquiries
Once logged in, scroll down to General enquiries on your home screen.
Submitting a new enquiry
Step 3: Choose your option
You'll see two options:
- I have an enquiry – for new questions
- Progress of my enquiry – to check on existing questions
Step 4: Fill in your details
Starting a new enquiry is straightforward:
- Select your enquiry type
- Fill in the details (be as specific as possible)
- Upload any relevant documents you have
Step 5: Submit and save your reference
Hit submit, and you'll instantly get a reference number. Screenshot this or write it down – you'll need it to track your enquiry’s progress.
Tracking your enquiry
Step 6: Check your status anytime
The best part is that you can check your enquiry status anytime. You'll be able to see:
- Whether we've received it
- If we're working on it
- When it's completed
No more guesswork! Enquiries are resolved as swiftly as possible, and you'll see updates in real time as we process them.
