The Sunrise Monster is back!

2023 will see the return of the Medihelp Sunrise Monster, Medihelp Medical Aid’s biggest road running event and the ultimate Comrades conditioner, taking place on Saturday, 4 March in Groenkloof, Pretoria.

The 32 km Sunrise Monster provides the perfect challenge for runners. The demanding route passes through the Groenkloof Nature Reserve and the leafy suburbs of Pretoria. With a maximum elevation of 1 554 m, runners can expect some tough climbs and off-road running stages through the Klapperkop Nature Reserve.

Runners can also enter the 21 km Half Monster, 10 km Mini Monster, or 5 km Baby Monster – a fun run/walk for family and friends.
