Medihelp MultiSport

Medihelp is the proud sponsor of Medihelp MultiSport , that is aimed at runners, walkers and cyclists.  We support anyone who is serious about following a healthy, active lifestyle. Membership is open to anyone – no matter where you reside in South Africa or whether you’re a member of Medihelp or any other medical scheme. 

With the support of Medihelp Medical Scheme, we are able to provide the following benefits to all MultiSport members:

  • Ordering Medihelp gear at 50% discount.
  • A monthly newsletter to keep you up to date about upcoming events and activities.

Annual membership fee

New membership:

  • R250 per adult (from 13 years)
  • *R90 per child up to 12 years

*Medihelp MultiSport membership of children registered as beneficiaries of Medihelp, and who joined HealthPrint are free.

Annual membership renewal:

  • R200 per adult (from 13 years)
  • *R50 per child up to 12 years

The Color Run

The Color Run is an untimed race over 5 km for young and old, where runners are doused from head to toe in different colours at each kilometre – look out for the Medihelp Green Color station for a few fun surprises! 

The Color Run makes for a breathtaking view that puts a smile on the faces of competitors and spectators alike. 

HealthPrint members run for free! 
Good news for members of Medihelp’s very own wellness programme, HealthPrint: You can enter the Color Run for free. To redeem your free Color Run ticket, visit the HealthPrint website and click on the Color Run link.

Medihelp Sunrise Monster

Enter the Medihelp Sunrise Monster 2017

The Medihelp Sunrise Monster forms part of many marathon runner’s training schedule each year. The challenging 32km event is an ideal conditioner for an ultra marathon athlete’s preparation schedule. However, the 10km mini monster event has turned into one of the largest events in Gauteng North with 3 603 runners taking on the hills of Groenkloof in Pretoria. Add to that a very enjoyable 5km event and you have the makings of just under 8 000 participants that took part in the 2016 edition of the race.Medihelp Sunrise Monster

Medihelp Bike & Tekkie Challenge

The Medihelp Bike & Tekkie Challenge in Kuilsrivier is a combination of timed mountain bike events and road running. This event is in aid of the Jan Kriel School and has something to offer for the whole family – even the four-legged friends can take part in the 5km event! medihelpbikeandtekkie
