Discover the ease of Medihelp’s membership e-card

These days, our purses are filled with cards, and keeping track of the important ones is becoming more difficult. And in an emergency, the card you need is always the card that is missing.

Medihelp’s membership e-card makes it easy for you to always have your medical aid card with you. You and your dependants can find your latest cards on the Member Zone. Simply go to Member Zone > Membership > e-Card. From here, you can easily share your card directly with your doctor or pharmacist.

The e-card is also available on Medihelp’s app. Download the app on Google Play, iStore, or Huawei AppGallery.

Your e-card will always show the latest, updated details of your membership. Make sure the details on your downloaded card are correct. You can update most of your personal details on the Member Zone, including your contact details and banking details.
