The Medihelp Sunrise Monster will take place on Saturday, 2 March 2019 at the Harlequins Rugby Club, Groenkloof in Pretoria. This year, a new distance of 21km has been added to the familiar 32km, 10km and 5km fun walk/run. The race will commence at 06:03 with the 32km distance.

Race day tips
- Get there as early as possible to ensure you get parking close to the venue.
- Remember that participants are not allowed to wear earphones during the race.
- Run a clean race: Please use the bins located at water points to discard your empty drinking cups or water sachets. Water points will be set up approximately every 3km along the route.
- A tog bag area will be available.
- Refreshments will be on sale at the finish.
- Always remember to keep left, in order to allow faster runners to pass.
Number placement:
Participants running distances of 10km or longer must ensure they have a running license. Place your temporary license on the back of your T-shirt and your race number in front. If you own an ASA running licence, you must have two licence numbers - one placed in the front and one on the back of your T-shirt.
